So Why Fall Retreat, You Ask…

October 24th, 2010

Up to this point some people still may need some convincing about coughin’ up $75 of their hard earned tip money from their job as a delivery guy for Jimmy Johns. Or from their job as a intramural referee. Or from their nanny-ing thing they have on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Or maybe from their part-time position at Top-O.

Who knows what the job is.

But one thing is for sure, no matter the job and no matter the long hours, Fall Retreat Twenty Ten is by far the most crucial place to put your $75.

Not only will you get a flippin’ awesome graphic tee made of American Apparel’s heavenly cotton, but you will also get a weekend stay in these rad cabins.

And those are just the tip of the iceberg.

Not to mention a weekend with your closest buds and newest ones too chilling around a hot tub, galavanting in downtown Gatlinburg wondering if you really can believe Ripley or not, getting an 8″x10″ western photo made in which you look like a 1700’s outlaw.

There’s also our own private theaters in the cabins. There’s also some great food, coupled with some delish Apple Cider.

But all in all these elements build up to the one greater than them all and that is truly time spent in community with other college students. Learning. Talking. Sharing. Building. Connecting.

It all happens on weekends like this.

You’ll graduate college and point back to this weekend and say,

“Hey, remember when we didn’t really want to go to Fall Retreat, but we did. Look how different our college experience was…”

We hope you join us.
